PROTRACE is a technology developed by Protech that measures corrosion rate, purity, pH, ORP and chemical concentrations in cooling water systems online. Measurements are performed instantaneously. Chemical concentration is monitored by trace element and chemical dosing is ensured. Conductivity control allows for blow-down as much as necessary from the system. With pH control, the cooling water does not run into the scale-formed or corrosive zone by working at the specified intervals. With ORP control, the amount of oxidizing biocide required for the system is determined and dosing is done automatically.
All these parameters can be transferred to the computer and the data can be stored and instant tracking is provided.
